Resources

Find clinics, community health workers, and programs that serve Khmer-speaking patients in your area.

Free & Low-Cost Clinics

Community health centers (FQHCs) offer sliding-scale fees based on income. Many have Khmer-speaking staff. Contact your local health department or visit findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov. You have the right to request a Khmer interpreter at any federally funded health facility — this service is free.

Health Insurance

MassHealth, Medicaid, and Marketplace plans are available for eligible residents. Free enrollment assistance is available in Khmer through community organizations. Even if you are unsure of your eligibility, it is worth asking — many community members qualify for programs they did not know existed.

Community Partners

Local Khmer mutual aid organizations, Buddhist temples, and community centers often host health fairs, screenings, and wellness programs. Ask KhmerHealth about upcoming events. These community spaces are trusted, familiar environments where you can ask health questions comfortably in your own language.
